Hammer Headwear Order Process 1. Design Your Custom Hat a) Download Design Templates, Print, and Design (Requires Adobe Acrobat) (1.7MB, Est 4-6 Min @ 56K, <1 Min @ Cable/DSL/Network) b) Contact us for design assistance and answer any questions Or let us design your hat for you! 2. Fax completed Design Templates to 937.399.6224, and/or email your artwork to art@hammerheadwear.com 3. We create virtual samples of your hat design and send it to you via email. 4. Any necessary changes are made to the hat design. 5. With your approval, a pre-production prototype is produced for review. 6. Any necessary changes are made to the hat design 7. Once the prototype is approved, a 50% deposit will be required to begin production (Company Check, VISA, MasterCard, or Discover) 8. Order is produced, inspected and shipped. 9. Upon receipt of order, final 50% payment is due.
